Prokosoft CRM

We are now proud to announce the arrival of our newest dealership product, Prokosoft CRM. Our CRM software is a smart client product for Microsoft Windows, taking advantage of Microsoft's .NET 2.0 platform.

This product is a completely Microsoft Windows based product rewritten from the ground up -- not just a port or a pretty Windows front end on an existing, decades old code base. In other words, it is not simply "lipstick on a pig". This complete rewrite has enabled us to take full advantage of the latest Microsoft technologies and has allowed us to build in powerful features like e-mail and fully user customizable reporting out of the box.

Our CRM has been designed with the complete dealership in mind. It will become the centralized marketing center for the entire dealership. Not only will you be able to create an unlimited number of marketing campaigns, but you can also ensure that you will not market to the same customer twice (unless of course you want to). Everything from ongoing maintenance reminders for the service department to one-time private sales for the sales departments is possible. You can fine tune your promotion to select only the customers and vehicles you want. Virtually any criteria can be used in your selection and you will have the ability to create an unlimited number of custom fields as well -- all of which are selectable in your queries.

We are using Microsoft SQL Server as our standard database backend, however we can also plug in to DB2, Oracle, and others to leverage your existing hardware/database server investment. Since we are using a standard SQL capable fully relational database management system (RDMS), queries with standard SQL make reporting a breeze. And, since we are using Crystal Reports as our reporting component, your reports will never have looked as good. With Crystal Reports you will also be able to customize your reports and create your own custom reports without the need for us to change any of the program.

Prokosoft CRM integrates fully with our existing dealership solution. It can also be interfaced with Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP to provide powerful CRM capabilities with your existing dealership solution.

The product will begin private beta release to a select group of dealers in early January, with a final release expected on March 1st, 2007.

This is just the first component in the complete rewrite of our full dealership management system. The product is being written using Microsoft's .NET 2.0 platform. Not only will the product be priced to be affordable for both small and large dealerships alike, it will be scalable from one user to the hundreds of users common in most large dealerships. With no large hardware investment required (it can run on a Windows PC), this product should prove to be a real winner when it comes to return on investment. Our goal with these products is to give you the biggest bang for your buck that can be reasonably expected.
